I joined Avat Industrial to focus on supplier management and sourcing industrial machinery parts in Turkey and respond to international demands. After several months of excellence in meeting customer demands while maintaining a high success rate and providing competitive pricing and lead times, I moved to Famaga Industrial to expand into global sourcing. At Famaga, I worked with suppliers and manufacturers in 55 countries, with operations primarily in Germany. I consistently secured positive deals and maintained strong supplier relationships, achieving high query response rates and excellent sales conversion metrics. My performance earned me a promotion to Global Sourcing Team Leader in the Istanbul branch, where I optimized procurement processes and mentored my team.

I served as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist in the online gambling industry. During my journey, my responsibilities were to increase the monthly digital revenues of the online casino/gambling company I serve as much as possible and to produce the right strategies in this process and use the budget in the most reasonable way.I actively monitored and improved the performance of affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships and identifying new collaboration opportunities. Proficiently utilizing tools like SimilarWeb, Slack, Asana, Shurfshark, CellXpert, IncomeAccess, MyAffiliate. I ensured efficient project management and data analysis, contributing to the overall success of the team. My experience highlights my expertise in affiliate marketing, SEO, partnership management, and my ability to use various analytical and collaboration tools effectively.During this process, in addition to my personal and sectoral development, I developed my own unique working principle by achieving successful results in producing solutions with artificial intelligence.

As of December 2021, I started to work in the Partnership department at Cubedots Turkey. I supported my team in all tasks that were under the responsibility of the Partnership department. These tasks were; To identify potential customers that might do business with Cubedots Turkey, to get in touch with these potential customers, to measure the compliance of these customers with Cubedots Turkey, to do meetings with customers in compliance with Cubedots Turkey and to inform them about the company’s vision, corporate position, principles and the business model. Also, representing the company in doing so. Signing the contract with these customers are under the responsibility of Partnership Department and this process is handled in Turkish for local customers and for foreign customers, it’s handled in English.

I have worked as an assistant real estate appraiser under the roof of Alan Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. I participated in the appraisal studies together with the valuation experts, based on the appraisal requests from the banks. In these studies, I personally worked in the preparation of the appraisal report by conducting necessary market research, along with the site view of the real estate appraised, the archive file examination at the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, and the architectural project examination. During my internship, I gained experience in all stages from the demand stage of a real estate to field studies, market research, creation of value and preparation of the report.
