I am responsible for finding representatives of medium and large businesses who can perform at the children's festival "Here we live summer" in 13 towns of Ukraine. And also to attract investments for the opening of 4 children's clubs in some of these communities.

It was a crazy idea at the time - to create a school for Ukrainian children in Romania. But it was supported by desperate parents and teachers who helped gather all the ideas and resources all together. In September 2022, we launched this school. This school works to this day. I gained a lot of skills in finding resources and negotiating for the creation of a non-profit startup abroad.

My main tasks were: research the market of needs of young Ukrainians and Romanians, come up with joint activities for them, create and fill advertising channels (website, social networks, search for partners), search for and negotiate with partners regarding the organization of new activities, collect feedback, plan, budget, study.

EduForSafety originated as a volunteer project on February 27, 2022, to inform parents who left Ukraine in connection with the hostilities on its territory.

While working at the private school Kryla, my team and I conducted marketing research, formed an idea and business plan for the project, and made internal and external changes. The result was a doubling of the number of students in the school.

I learned the principles of building a user experience, the psychology of choice and building sales funnels. Made 11 cases for clients. I also use the acquired knowledge in my future projects.
