• Elaboration of the Communication Strategy for the Regulation Authority• Elaboration (research and composition) of the official legal documents emitted by the Board of Regulation regarding regulation decisions such as telecommunication pricing, database construction, personal data treatment authorizations.• Technical wake and support (in legal, social and political matters) for the Board of Regulation Members.• Assisting the members of the Board of Regulation in the preparation of official meeting and activities

• Compilation of the Press Revue of the countries parties to the Abidjan Convention in French, in English and in Spanish• Constitution et Management of the internal database of the Abidjan Convention partners contact information, as well as database for Abidjan Convention activities follow up.• Participation in the United Nations Communication Group (UNCG) meetings• Administrative Assistance during international conferences organised by UNEP

• Liaison between United Nations Agencies in Senegal and Senegalese press organs.• Compilation and codification in the UN online database of articles published in the Senegalese press, about the environment and the Rio+20 conference at the request of the United Nations headquarters• Presentation of UNIC-Dakar's "UNIC Wednesdays"; Weekly presentation about the United Nations, distribution of UN informative documentation and pamphlets
