In December 2015, Simon Rawadi and I launched Slyletica to serve as Australia’s first Athleisure-wear creation agency.     AllSportz is a multisport program for children consisting of 15 staff and over 1000 customers per week. The program started as a small business with no structure, no processes or procedures. I designed all procedural, operational and staff manuals and was responsible for ensuring that they were implemented and followed by all staff. I also implemented a company structure ensuring efficient operations and further expansion of the company. For the Website Transformation Project I moved the website development and maintenance from being outsourced to now being in-house. I redeveloped the solution from Drupal into WordPress, greatly reducing the cost of maintenance and future developments
