*Take, own and close tickets.*Solving customer app related issue.Informing customers about new features and functionalities *Recommending solution and guiding product users ( App) through features and functionalities. *Communicating with over 70 customers daily using click to chart, WhatsApp , Emails, Zoiper, microSIP and 3cx. *Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance *Working towards call targets and KPI's essentially.*Employing the company's call logging software to accurately record details of calls and issues.
