I use data and insight to innovate fundraising events and products at Mind. Using innovation processes I have delivered 3 pilot events for Mind; the Mind Walk, Mind’s Big Brunch and the Stadium Stair Climb at Stamford Bridge. I am responsible for the delivery, acquisition and retention of these events. Striving for continuous improvement and exceptional results. I have recruited 1000’s of new supporters to Mind through virtual and in-person events and raised over £1m to date.

Management of external agencies and internal project groups. Campaign management -monitoring results, optimising campaigns and evaluating against KPI's.
