I am a lawyer with a Master's degree from a top Ukrainian university and 3 years of experience in one of the best Ukrainian law firms. I specialise in financial law, including comprehensive support of financial transactions: from structuring the transaction to drafting the documents and negotiating the critical provisions with counterparties. I have contributed to multi-million dollar investments in Ukraine by foreign companies and international financial institutions such as EBRD and IFC through ensuring legal certainty of the transactions. To achieve this, I have applied my strong analytical skills to the clients' legal issues, drafted excellent legal documents and relied on my fluency in English to facilitate effective communication between the Ukrainian and foreign parties to the transactions. I have also participated in several legislative development projects aimed at reforming Ukrainian financial legislation.
