The course was organized by SoftServe (Lviv, UA) based on CS50 2022 class at Harvard University. During the course I have learned:- C (programming language) - Python - HTML- CSS- JavaScript- SQLAs a final project, I`ve created a Web-app, which purpose is to sell flower subscriptions. App has a sign-in feature written in Python (Flaks, Django, SQL). Users' passwords were hashed (Werkzeug library for Python) for safe storage in SQL Database. The subscription form was divided into steps and the transition between each of them was made with the help of JavaScript. Even after logging out, all purchase history is saved in SQL Database. I joined a company as an intern during an internship program at Bialystok Polytechnic Univercity. Later, got a full-time job as a technical sales engineer. Right after starting, together with colleagues, we started to create a marketing strategy to spread our interest in Ukraine market, beginning with "cold" contact with potential customers, up to sales presentations at annual fairs in Ukraine, like:- Waste Water Management Exhibition (Kyiv)- Utility Benchmarking Program for the Danube Region Utilities (Lviv)- AQUA Ukraine (Kyiv)Participated in internal company training (engineering, sales) at HQ in Berching, Germany.My work process included also customer service, I`ve faced several conflict situations with clients and successfully resolved them without losing my and the company`s reputation. The main topic of my job is Project management: beginning with customer requests, designing technical solutions (including installation drawings made in AutoCad) up to placing order. I`ve developed unique skills during my work as high communication skills, wise time management skills, and engineering skills.
