Senior Petrophysicist
Current- Plan required Petrophysical evaluations of target wells;- Plan data acquisition programs in line with corporate and technical objectives;- Petrophysical data collection, data quality control, data preparation (harmonization, splicing, shifting, normalization, edition);- Review laboratory core tests, calibrating phi / k / density measurements;- Developing correlations between log porosity and permeability with core data;- Interpretation of domestic logs and Western logs, conversion domestic logs to Western logs;- Processing acoustic data and calculation mechanical properties;- Provide deterministic and probabilistic petrophysical interpretation of open hole data (interpretations for clay volume, porosity, permeability, and fluid content in addition to other formation properties such as lithology, fluid contacts including available pressure testing data and sampling);- Identification of reservoir pay and net-to-gross.- Propose perforation interval for new wells and/or recommend re-perforation opportunities in existing wells;- Cement quality estimation (CBL-VDL, SBT, USIT);- Provide Petrophysical recommendations to be implemented on a well;- Populate and maintain corporate and petrophysical databases;- Supervision open hole, cased hole and mudlogging works;- Contribute to developing best practices and workflows for routine tasks;- Develop project specific python scripting for automation and customized analysis;- Well digitizing.
