Realizing that my mission is to put dreams back into the world, one person at a time, my whole life literally changed. As the co-founder of Advo Education, Results Transformation is at the heart of all we do. Over the decade, we have impacted thousands of individuals, by educating the young through Results Tranformation Programme. We have mentored and transformed students' grades from Fail in Prelims to Distinction in their final year examinations in just 1 month. For this feat, I was interviewed and featured on Channel 8’s “Frontline” in August 2010. In August 2012, I was interviewed and featured in The New Paper for my entrepreneurial success. In the National Day Rally 2012, I am honoured to be quoted in the closing speech of Mr Heng Swee Kiat, the Minister of Education of Singapore.Also, I am often invited by top universities in the region to share my knowledge and experience on entrepreneurship and career charting. These universities include Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, Taylor’s University and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR).In addition, I had the honour of speaking at National Events such as The Singapore Education Summit 2010 and 2011, sharing with hundreds of parents the philosophy of building education based on dreams and on happy parenting in the 21st century.Advo, the company that my partners and I created, changed my life. This on-going journey has created tremendous opportunities to grow myself to be a better boss, coach, husband, father and most importantly a better man.
