Hi everyone, I'm Jelena Kostić. I learned the most important and hardest lesson of my life at the age of 14, when I had a car accident. Even though I didn't know anything about 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 at the time, I lived by its principles. The realization that everything changed overnight, that I would no longer be able to walk, put me in front of two choices: either I will spend my life between four walls or I will adapt my desires and goals to life in a wheelchair. It's not hard to guess what I chose. :)Later, when I learned more about 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 and 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲, I actually realized that the answer to many questions that bother modern man is right there and that this is exactly the life attitude that I adopted in my childhood and that helped me to deal with the things that were happening me. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 that a busy life brings, with the 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 of a small group of people, will make even impossible 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 come true.Several years later, I was given the opportunity to test my Agile life philosophy in a business environment. I led a team of about 10 junior developers in the process of developing a game and learning platform. Uh, it was a really challenging project. I created the 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗼𝗴, keeping in mind 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 we were working on. We used a 𝗦𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 to communicate and 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗮 to assign tasks. Since juniors were involved, we followed the progress of the work at the 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺, adjusted the planned work and removed any obstacles. As a 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿, my task was to 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 my team and help them 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 and do their work 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆. The knowledge in psychology and the various courses and trainings I have completed (𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠, 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩...) have greatly helped me to be a good 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 to my team and help them to use 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 and successfully complete their tasks.
