Leveraging raw materials from corn feed plants and sweet corn waste, I established a continuous flow model that increased production by 40%.Beyond production efficiencies, our team secured a significant CSR fund from PT Semen Padang, fostering partnerships that ensured a consistent supply of quality raw materials.
