I also evaluate due diligence materials such as preliminary title reports, leases, historical income and expenses, zoning requirements, and building plans while assessing properties to determine highest and best uses while performing extensive research and analysis on local market conditions. Additionally, I establish market rent levels across various property types.Some of my key achievements in this role include:• Appraised commercial real estate assets totaling over $1B.• Estimated values of multifamily residential properties surpassing $250M.• Determined the worth of mixed-use properties exceeding $160M.• Assessed land assets valued at $65M.• Evaluated industrial properties with a combined value over $250M.• Estimated the market value of office properties at over $200M.• Assessed retail properties with a total worth above $225M.
