I have also represented numerous families in the administration of estates as well as drafting of Wills, Power of Attorneys and Trusts.

I was retained by Messrs. Teh & Lee as an associate upon completing my pupillage and has been managing corporate, commercial and conveyancing portfolios throughout the years. My area of expertise encompasses equity and debt transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, takeovers as well as private debt securities, corporate loans and private funds.
