I worked with TACTIX consultants to enhance their services and the marketing of these services using compelling visual communication materials.• Created a mini website to promote Risk Communications service.• Designed a template for, and created the first volume of monthly risk report (further promotion of Risk Communications service).• Managed subscribers, and created/sent email campaigns on MailChimp.• Created charts, slides and graphics for external presentations.

During my service, I had two distinct roles and had to manage competing priorities.As a squad leader:• Worked with a group of twelve soldiers to make sure that everyone was ready to perform their duty as best as they could• Organized base maintenance• Planned monthly cooldown evenings• Resolved nterpersonal conflicts among the squadron members.At the office, fulfilling my post of assistant awards administration & graphic design:• Typeset and printed certificate of excellence under the name of the Brigadier-General of the command• Administrated award records of the command consisting of thousands of personnel.• In a few occasion, I created commemorative caricatures for officers of the command.• Office maintenance: cleaning the office, managing the documents in the filing cabinets.• Handling, storing and planning delivery of secret documents.
