I began my career as an intern at the innovative Agencia de Desenvolvimento in São João da Boa Vista, where I gained hands-on experience in project planning and management across various sectors—social, cultural, sports, technology, and more. I engaged in opportunity identification through the government's SICONV tool and crafted projects spanning multiple segments like communication, services, education, and telecommunications.I also played a pivotal role in content creation, producing a range of materials, including a guide on Balneário de Águas da Prata and an inventory of São João da Boa Vista's tourist attractions. My skill set expanded to include digital marketing via Google AdWords, leveraging the AdGrants program to promote the agency's initiatives such as 'São João 2050' and 'Portal Transparência.'Taking on more responsibility, I had the pleasure of contributing to the agency's transformation into a regional initiative aimed at engaging surrounding municipalities.
