As I reflect on my journey, I see a driven young woman who is committed to excelling in technology. My passion for technology grew over the years, and I became captivated by its endless possibilities. While I acknowledged the value of careers like cosmetology, nursing, and teaching, I felt no affinity towards them. My fascination with technology led me to explore various roles such as Information Security Analyst, Web Developer, and Help Desk. To achieve my goals, I recognized the importance of developing my communication and public speaking on. Through my previous roles, I have gained substantial experience in enhancing my communication abilities. As a service attendant, I honed my skills in serving tables and engaging with customers daily.My time at Wintrust Corporation has been a tremendous growth experience. I have developed a deeper understanding of the IT industry and sharpened my ability to communicate effectively, enabling me to make a greater impact on the company's progress.
