On April 25th, 2024, the University of Mumbai hosted its inaugural Pitch Day 1.0, a showcase of innovative startups from within the university community. CareChainAI, a healthcare startup leveraging AI and blockchain for secure patient care, made a notable impact.CareChainAI presented their vision for revolutionizing healthcare outcomes and patient experiences, emphasizing the integration of advanced technologies for data security and improved care coordination. This resonated strongly with the esteemed jury, Prin (Dr) Sachin S Laddha, Director of Innovation Incubation & Linkages, commended the team's concept and execution. Mr. Gopal Raithatha, Founder of Go Shoonya, emphasized the strong demand for secure healthtech platforms and affirmed CareChainAI's focus on robust Electronic Health Record (EHR) security.The jury's feedback, while positive, also provided crucial insights. They underscored the critical importance of stringent data security in healthcare and encouraged the team to deepen their efforts in this area. This positive feedback led to CareChainAI's selection and signing of a Pre-Incubation agreement, marking a significant step in their entrepreneurial journey.

Being a part of the HR team, my primary role is Volunteer Management. I collaborate closely with colleagues to oversee volunteer engagement, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise, both internally and externally. I work with department heads to assess staffing needs, coordinate volunteer orientations, and facilitate their seamless onboarding into their respective roles. My responsibilities also encompass the diverse range of tasks inherent to Human Resources management.

As the Social Media Manager, I oversee a dedicated team that shapes the NGO's digital presence across diverse platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, and our bustling WhatsApp Community.
