• Manage maintenance contracts for critical systems in the area of signaling and automatic piloting of trains, with national and international companies.• Check each one of the contracts so that they are well executed and within the deadlines, correcting technical and programming deviations, and ensuring the availability of the systems under the contracted services. • Formulate the budget and Rolling Forecast of each contract, carrying out monthly analyzes of the progress of expenses in the area.• Control and analyze the optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance according to performance reports and KPIs of the status of the systems through data management in the SAP PM module system.• Hold regular meetings with contractors and operational customers to resolve the different situations that arise for operational continuity and system maintenance.• Manage the purchasing plan associated with the supply of spare parts, from the required identification to the requested order.• Generate all the files for bids or negotiations, create strategies and service specification documents, as well as technical and economic evaluation.

• Lead the process of formulating, consolidating, and presenting the budget of the Metro Stations and Services Maintenance Management (USD MM 35/year).• Detect opportunities for improvement, both financial and operational performance, coordinate and implement action plans, and develop KPIs and SLAs to facilitate the decision-making process at the management level.• Lead the interface generation processes of the different computer systems and indicator automation in the company's data warehouse, in conjunction with the IT area.• Generate Rolling forecast and monitor Gantt chart of projects and improvement plans of each one of the areas of the sub-management.• Provide support in the process of service purchasing through bids and negotiations, generate strategies, and record the service specifications and the technical and economic evaluation in all areas.• Control and monitor the closure of notices and maintenance orders for each area to improve adherence to the SAP PM module system.

• Control the different production processes for compliance with operational and dynamic plans according to directions of plant management.• Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide support in the execution of activities for compliance with the CPP.• Perform survey, monitoring, and control of management indicators of production processes through the timely generation of reports, to identify opportunities for improvement in production.• Control the planning and monitoring of Overhaul projects (Industrial oil extraction plant).• Support the different areas in the implementation of action plans resulting from the indicator monitoring.

• Participate in the maintenance management system project, aimed at integrating new technologies and improving the factory production processes.• Create and provide feedback on maintenance plans by using the SAP PM module system.• Monitor maintenance indicators (IPT, TPPR, TPEF, Line Risk).• Record and classify operational failures through failure mode and effect analysis (AMEF).• Register and file technical information on static, rotating equipment and instruments.

Analysis of the external and internal situation of the company through the SWOT matrix, implementation of objectives and strategies to improve management, and an indicator management system under the guidelines of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
