I am an experienced and dedicated professional with five years of management experience in the health and wellness industry. My goal is to motivate and mentor individuals to lead healthier and better lifestyles.I have 14 years of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, and I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in the lives of those I work with. I have a personal background in overcoming the loss of my father at 15 and using that as motivation to better myself. I started my fitness journey with a workout DVD and limited equipment, but through discipline and resourcefulness, I was able to lose 100lbs. I shared my experience and knowledge on social media and grew a following. I became a certified personal trainer and helped hundreds of people to get in shape and change their lives. I then opened my own private gym, creating a community and growing the business to multiple locations.I am now seeking new challenges to continue to grow personally and professionally.
