I have a personal background in overcoming the loss of my father at 15 and using that as motivation to better myself. I started my fitness journey with a workout DVD and limited equipment, but through discipline and resourcefulness, I was able to lose 100lbs. I shared my experience and knowledge on social media and grew a following. I became a certified personal trainer and helped hundreds of people to get in shape and change their lives.
