Be responsible for the online sales result. • Corporate culture: Contribute to the development of corporate culture;• Brand construction: Responsible for the establishment of brand positioning, brand core value & brand communication strategy, take care of the execution of online & offline marketing activities;• Setup of online sales channels: Establish the traditional online channels (Tmall, JD & VIP.com), social media ecommerce channels (Kaola, Little Red Book) and We media sales channels;• Channel operation: Formulate online sales plans and promotion plans, carry out the plans and evaluate the results in real time;• Distribution management: Develop & manage the online distributors, maintain the consistence of brand image & product retail price;• Team management: Establish sales &marketing team and assign the clear responsibility to team members for efficient working;• Industry analysis & product optimization: Keep a close eye on market trend, and optimize the product matrix to increase the total sales amount.
