The heart of my career motivation is to decode data, find actionable insight and make changes happen. Data is hard and cold, with my background in design thinking and quantitative disciplines from National Taiwan University, I am passionate to dig out insight from data and polish it until it turns into a convincing and insightful story. When a story is accepted by people, changes happen.As an Data Analyst in Corporate strategy Office in FarEasTone Telecom, I analyze diverse big data and dig out insights, which directly support business strategy decisions. I have worked on many different subject projects, including network experience enhancement, location based customer analysis and cross selling test and learn. In order to improve customers' network experience, I improve an algorithm to identify customers’ home and office location covering 80% customer base to 98%. It helps not only more accurately analyzing customer experience but know more detail about customer lifestyle to increase satisfaction. As an aspiring data analyst, I am currently focused on developing data analytics competencies and learning big data technologies, statistical techniques and consumer behavior.
