• Explored a new vendor (Sun A) to determine the issue of adhesive of protect film migration to polarizer surface after reliability of heat soak test.
• Identified the causes of mura on polarizer by peeling off the defect from panels and measured with optical equipment, proposed resolutions and draft inspection report to customers (Innolux/AUO).
• Coordinated muti-departments to produce samples which corresponded to customer requirements within a short period of time.
• Built up an advanced product quality planning (APQP) to develop appropriate prevention and detection controls for new material that introduced to mass trial run.
