About Yi-Cheng Chen

PhD degree of aeronautics and astronautics engineering. My PhD thesis is regarding the simulation of the multiphase flows and FSI via CFD coding, and published 5 journal papers. I have 3+ years experience of programming code for development of CAE software, and 5+ years experience of thermal design for thermal module and server system level in air cooling and liquid cooling. Now, I lead a thermal team to develop the new thermal technology in solving high power for data center and HPC.
