As Design Thinking Coach at the d.school Potsdam, I´m teaching the Design Thinking methodology and mindset to the Basic- & Advanced Track. I´m coaching interdisciplinary teams through their innovation process and helping them create user-centered solutions for partners ranging from global companies to grassroots initiatives. I´m giving lectures on topics, e.g. prototyping, facilitation of co-creation workshops, or decision-making in agile teams.

I´m part of the Consultant Network NEXTWERK of SOCIUS, where we join forces to consult non-profit organizations and institutions in large-scale organizational transformation processes. In 2022 I joined the core team of SOCIUS to co-develop the open-source self-learning-platform SOCIUS change essentials for NGOs (https://socius.de/change-essentials/).

At various universities and educational institutions, I conduct thematic semester projects and competence training in the areas of design- & innovation processes, creative confidence, visual thinking, and rapid prototyping.As a lecturer, I motivate students and professionals to adopt a self-confident, reflective, and intrinsically motivated attitude to work. Match My Maker is a collaboration platform that fosters voluntary engagement for inclusion in Germany. It matches makers and people with assistive technology needs that match creative tinkerers, people with disabilities, and people who care for others and support them to develop suitable and affordable assistive devices in inclusive teams. MatchMyMaker guides them along their innovation journey from a virtual team building to the open source documentation of their solution by providing digital matching- and collaboration tools and a hybrid learning experience with hackathon events and video tutorials. As project lead of the organization BE ABLE I co-founded the Plattform and help to set the strategic course of the platform, acquire funding, and find the right cooperation partners for the ecosystem of our service.In a team of design thinking coaches, passionate facilitators, and great people with the heart at the right place, we founded the amazing Open Health HACKademy, the hackathon and personal training program of MatchMyMaker.MatchMyMaker received several awards. I hold the Chair of Industrial Design (together with Stephan Schulz) and lead the NEO LUNA PARK project and accompany students of the Faculty of Industrial Design in the design and execution of a contemporary version of a theme park that reflects current social phenomena such as leisure, pleasure, but also work-life balance, sense of community or ecstasy. The result is a temporary exhibition for the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation.
