Talk to databases by implementing data extraction and ingestion.• Achieved up to 0.65 process capability index (Cpk) improvement for multiple processes after data analysis and identification of sources of variation. • Spearheaded an Auto Modelling Project which gained up to 0.48 Cpk improvement for multiple processes, optimising SISO process models through application of machine learning methods (specifically Kmeans) via Python. Utilised high-volume noisy process data extracted from Oracle and Snowflake database. • Improved up to 0.52 Cpk by Auto Variation Analyzer project for multiple processes, working with big data and improving inline performance via analysing and detecting all the potential source of variations from processes and equipment. • Gained up to 1.2% yield through the Profile Drift Detection project, detecting and reducing further loss from bad in-process wafers while monitoring the whole production line through data modelling. • Reduced head count by 10 by developing SPC Dream platform in terms of providing data ingestion solution as well as designing and generating ppt file via python to cater to the presentation needs of customers.
