• Collaborates with PE staff and organizational leadership to determine the short- and long-term information department and system objectives; develops a plan to modify or replace PCM applications, modules, and systems to meet those objectives.• Collaborates with other analysts and PE staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features.• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.• Assist with maintaining, reformatting, tracking and updating company-wide job descriptions in conjunction with supervisor.• Provide Chief People Officer with Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.• Respond to specific requests by gathering data, manipulating data using spreadsheets or database applications; prepare exhibits, summaries and/or reports as needed.• Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.

• Manage and manipulate data via HCM and coordinate data transfer.• Responsible for identifying and assisting with maintenance of system issues to ensure maximum overall system performance.• Ensures information security, testing updates and provides recommendations for process efficiency.• Conduct follow-up, problem solve technical HCM inquiry/issue and coordinate with employees and management as it relates to processing changes in the HCM and related systems.• Manage the HR ticket system by researching, provide resolution and assist accordingly for employees and management.

• Oversees the, providing assistance to staff to ensure the completion of online registration of the Human Resource and Benefit system- trouble shooting technical issues.• Manage and manipulate data via BeneTrac and Paychex systems.• Conducts salary survey for profit, non-profit, medical and behavioral health participation and analysis- verifying all information provided is corrected and updated from prior surveys.• Complete annual reports such as Benefit survey and Salary Survey. Analyze and report findings as requested. • Responsible to manage all changes and updates to the SBH Salary Matrix.

• Assists each functional area of HR providing administrative support through word processing, data entry, preparation of materials and reports as assigned.• Manage and manipulate data via BeneTrac and Paychex systems.• Managing COBRA for terminated employees meeting the federally mandated requirements.• Entering new hires into the HMS (Health Management System) as the position requires.• Tracking required training in LMS (Learning Management System) as required by state licensing to ensure compliance update the data.

• Work out of the International Student Services Office, and serve to expand global knowledge and understanding for both international students and domestic students.• Develop new programs and activities which will better integrate our international students into the FHSU and Hays Community.• Play an integral part in promoting FHSU and interacting with prospective international students from around the world.• Work with the Center for Student Involvement and Diversity Affairs Office and help promote the value and importance of internationalization on campus and in the community.
