As the SVP of Asymchem group for Process R&D and the head of CEPS(Center of Excellence for Process Science) at Asymchem Group, a global contract development and manufacturing organization, I have over 25 years of experience in delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for Process R&D/CMC projects. I lead a team of scientists and engineers who apply their expertise in organometallic chemistry, mechanistic study, process optimization, data treatment, and computational chemistry to address the challenges and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.I am passionate about advancing the science and technology of catalysis, flow chemistry, and process development, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented colleagues across disciplines and cultures. I have founded and led the BMS Catalysis R&D Group, co-chaired the Organic Reactions and Processes at Gordon Research Conferences, and published multiple papers and patents in the field of process chemistry and catalysis. I am fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, and I have multiple certifications in relational database design, SharePoint, and Filemaker. My goal is to contribute to the discovery and manufacture of life-saving medicines for patients worldwide.
