Passionate about customer experience (CX) with more than 2 years of experience in the research field. I strive to make research easy and joyful to consume, focusing on CX applications across industries such as contact centres, eCommerce, cloud, BFSI and government services.Started my research career as an academic in social psychology, I specialised in quantitative research and have gained comprehensive data analytical skills. My experience in academia taught me the importance of time management, logical thinking and of course – the joys of constantly learning. I’ve conceptualised research topics, collected and analyse data from more than 300 participants. It was a time of learning to be resilient while coming up with creative problem-solving methods in the face of stressful challenges, but in hindsight are hiccups (hey, I got through them 😉), in the journey of research. Now, my passion for psychology intersects with developing impactful CX practices. Through human-centric lens, the excitement of discovering trends, how users feel about new technologies that improve efficiency and make, what used to be, tedious so easy (think hailing cabs before the existence of Uber and Grab) keep me awake at night (in a good way). I believe companies with a clear “why”, who put their customers at the centre of all decision-making while giving back to the community and the environment will be able to thrive in these changing times. When I’m not awake at night, tingling with excitement about new CX finds, you can find me writing and managing projects related to CX. But when I’m not thinking about CX, I’m enjoying fiction, trying to get into self-help books (keyword: trying), listening to music and dancing when no one is watching 😊
