Support and create marketing opportunities specifically for the International Programs Department (focused on China exchange).

Main responsibilities are designing the internal organizational structure of the association, establishing an effective promotional strategy to aggressively promote the association’s philosophy and programs in order to enhance its exposure.

1. Responsible for recruiting volunteers, establishing volunteer recruit system, training program, and registration system. The number of volunteers doubled to 1,500. And promoted the association’s courses for junior high schools. The number of schools that adopted the courses grew from 23 to 30.2. Managed 30 volunteer teams from different schools, totaling 1,000 persons. Internally, I assisted the teams in building a structure and raising efficiency. Externally, I helped them to helped schools provide services to 180 minority families in the communities.3. I managed to reach the fundraising target amount of US$100,000 every year by carrying out different kinds of charity events and drafted proposals and reports that successfully secured government subsidy of US$10,000 per year.
