Responsibilities and experience:▪ Focus customer complaints and coordinate 8D, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)by working closely with internal team for closure within committed time frame to achieve customer satisfaction.• Coordinate with relevant departments on critical processes data analysis, RCCA for quality issues and review the effectiveness of preventive or corrective actions for closure.▪ Drive for continuous internal quality improvement by doing Kaizen with others departments. • Regular review, revise and advice to revise documents to ensure up-to-date with process and conform to customer requirements.• Enhance the visual inspection uniformity of specifications between operators at average 80% by provide regular training and assessment for operators.• Assist QMS team on company's internal audit and management review before external audit.• Coordinate and arrangement of the calibration work of measuring tools and equipment.• Involved in NPI meeting and review flow chart, assembly drawing and special request from customer before the build.• Ensure 1st piece buyoff for NPI products which is compliance to what had review in NPI and meet customer requirement.• Lead and doing line buyoff report for new line setup and submit PCN to customer.• Complete and submit FAI report for customer within the committed time frame.

- Experience in Kontron (KAI, MAS and John Deere), Omnitracs, CASA and iDirect (X1,X7,BDU,IQ) products related.- Planning products of process, doing ABI (Assembly Build Instruction) and rework flow for CRG (Customer Return Goods) to ensure good products delivery out.- Prepare DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and pFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) for NPI (New product introduction).- In charge in designing stencil, work with vendor for poka yoke wave pallet, jigs/tools, label template based on products and also process requirement.- Coordinate on purge activities and doing deviation notice when there is a deviate process from ABI.- Making critical decision such as determine/analyze the risk of the reject/failure together with QA after the affected material/process falled into end product. - Provide training to operator in order to perform their jobs smoothly regarding new process.- Coordinate on the solder ability test for the expired components before it is loaded into production.- Ensure for product quality and process control to meet the yield by troubleshooting problems and determine the root cause which occur at the production by using Fish Bone Diagram or 5 WHY analysis.- Doing improvement activity such as LVS (Low volume solder) issue on shield area for iDirect products (X7 models) to 0% percentage by stencil design changed.- Manage to get connector melting issue resolved for iDirect products (IQ LTE) by changing on wave pallet design to prevent it happened in the future.- Assist in 8D, solving Omnitracs products (TT210) leakage issue with vendor on the tolerance for gasket, top and bottom cover to ensure meet the shipment.- Assit QA in prepare Control plan and FAI (First Article Inspection) report. - Support customers in quality and products related activities.- Involved in internal, external ISO9001 audit and perform line process / product audit, NPI build follow up as well as CRG.

Responsibilities and experience: - In charge in production products such as membrane electrode assembly (MEA), gas diffusion layer (GDL) and gas diffusion electrode (GDE). - Improve products performance /output by improving formulation & parameters of those products. - Troubleshooting the problems and doing simple cleaning process which had occurred at spray coating machine. - Assist QA in parameters measurement, assembly process and continuous improvement for products. - As exhibitor during International Green Energy Malaysia (IGEM) 2010 & 2011. - Successfully produced 10W, 100W & 260W of fuel cell. - Successfully produced MEA. - Involved in continuous improvement for stacking /assembly process.
