Yi Li is a Chief of Staff at Lightfield. They possess expertise in leadership, public speaking, management, communication, decision making and 21 more skills. Colleagues describe them as "I have known Yi for 4 years, first from the local media when he was selected as the extraordinary young leader and shared his experience with students in an annual public leadership symposium. I am very happy to have him to work with us as an intern this summer at Genpact Inc.. For the sake of intensity, Yi was assigned to three different departments, FP&A, Quality and Operation Internal Audit. He participated in multiple projects simultaneously. During this internship, Yi demonstrated his capability of multitasking under huge pressure. He not only completed the final deliveries assigned to him, but also made many constructional suggestions. For instance, he summarized what he learned on the job into a training manual which is of great use for other new trainees. The feedback I received from his managers are, “thinking thoroughly”, “systematic”, “well organized”, “mature” and “critical thinking”. I believe those well explain why he can link up what he has learned and obtain an amazing overall understanding of financial management and operational mechanism of our company. In addition, he could integrate knowledge from the book with real-world business issues, such as examining the possible impacts of Japan’s economy on the BPO industry in China. I am very satisfied with what Yi achieved during this internship and truly believe he will succeed not only in academics but also future leadership."
