1.Coordinate with the project manager to prepare T&E budget for external projects before the project is kicked off.2. Track the actual cost of the project and update the rolling forecast accordingly. Analyze and control the total cost under the given expense cap. 3. Generate the internal management reports regarding the expenses per requirements from the HQ for internal control.4. Supervise the team to deal with the global reimbursements & maintain the expense system. Monitor the payment report and billings to be sent to the client. 5.Assist to prepare the analysis on statutory reports (B/S, P&L, Cash Flow Statement). Figure out the drive if the variances.6.Manage the operating funds for China office.7.Prepare the budget report for R&D expenses. Responsible for relevant declaration for R&D cost deduction and treasury supporting funds. 8.Support CFO to deal with the other affairs of the firm, e.g.: audit, taxation, foreign exchange, statistics, research and other ad-hoc activities.
