Located on the highest point in Downtown Seattle, the site has immediate access to Pike Place Market, the Pine and Pike retail corridors, Seattle's CBD and Amazon's global headquarters. The project is envisioned to be a mixed-use hotel, residential, co-working building that would consist of a 440' tall, 42-story, 502,586 GSF (above grade) building with approximately 215 residential condominiums, 235 guest rooms, meeting and ballroom facilities, retail, F&B, a top floor residential amenity lounge etc. Up to six levels of below grade automated parking system (APS) and back-of-house space is anticipated. The design team includes Japanese firm Kengo Kuma and Associates with Ankrom Moisan Architects as architect of record.Responsibilities:• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal team in development/construction• Cost Management, procurement and negotiation• Contract Management• Manage KPI on projects, including cost, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholders' expectations• Driving value on projects• Support team with other responsibilities and assignments as required• Assist Project Director and VP with preconstruction and construction project management
