Part of the team that oversaw reporting and finance operations of Lazada Group and SEA region entities. My contributions included the following:Partnered with the local team to streamline and push business initiatives. I also provided guidance and advice on the finance controls including the setup of Lazada Wallet.Manage communications with Alibaba Group and external auditors on accounting issues to align company decisions on accounting disclosures and complex accounting matters. For example, the implementation of the new IFRS 16 leases standard across the whole Group.
