• Management of a select portfolio of clients, providing a dynamic, sensitive & professional contact point and coordinator for all their day-to-day implementation and service needs.• Accountable and responsible for the maintenance of cash management products (technical setup of access channels and liquidity management, etc.) of existing clients using standard project management templates.• Respond to account / transaction related inquiries and provide solution in close coordination with internal departments or other Implementation and Service units globally.• Liaise closely with global & regional Cash Management Implementation, Sales, Product Management and service teams in a dynamic international environment.• Organize and lead international meetings on issues and escalations that impact client's Cash Management operations by taking ownership for the identified issues until a successful resolution is reached.• Monitor important transactions (e.g. netting rounds).• Identify cross-selling opportunities and to liaise with Sales about further follow-up.

• Manage the onboarding process including negotiation of legal contracts, account set-up, communication with clients and other third parties.• Be the first point of contact to interface between customers and the company for trade related queries and issues with the clients.• Integrating with global client services team to ensure that global policies are implemented in the region and that regional experience leads to improve global policies.• Implement the projects of new FX products onboarding: ECN/CLOB, EUREX Clearing.• Monitor the implementation of the end-to-end delivery of product and migration projects.• Perform system testing of products and features from business perspective.• Be in charge of all kinds of commercial reporting activities (reconciliation report, analysis report, etc.)

• Work in the Implementation & Service (I&S), GTB Cash Management team, act as principal point of contact for dedicated group of VIP corporate clients about cash management related activities.• Work in partnership with Implementation Managers to develop new profitable business from existing and prospective clients; develop strategic digital solutions and execute them.• Perform service reviews with VIP clients to deepen engagement; understand clients' business goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to better determine their requirements and identify potential new business opportunities.• Maintain a close dialogue with operations and compliance to ensure that process-related issues are identified and suitable action plans are put in place.• Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate.

• Product Management: competitive analysis of credit card providers.• Private Banking: operate daily transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, adjustments, loan payoffs, conduct meetings with customers.• International Business Banking: domestic and international payment transaction processing, account opening, customer-relations correspondence.
