I have one Executive Chef, one Communication Manager, one Operation Manager and one Function Manager directly reporting to me.I overlook the Kitchen and Front of House operation, Function operation, Promotion/activity, Guest satisfaction, HR, Purchase, Financial and Internal Administrations. This project offers Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. When the site is fully ramped up, there will be more than 1000 guests per day.
