I am an IP litigator with experience involving a range of patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and competition matters in healthcare & pharmaceuticals and TMT sectors.I represented various MNCs, such as AstraZeneca, Eli Lily, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, BASF, Tencent, Huawei, TE connection, Intel, Apple, etc. in enforcing their IP rights (including pharmaceutical patents, SEPs, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights), competition rights and interests, and foreign arbitration awards, in China and the U.S., as well as in defending IP infringement actions, patent or trademark invalidation or rejection proceedings, and complex arbitration proceedings concerning technology transfer and patent licensing, in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, U.K., and the U.S.My expertise also extends to non-contentious matters associated with IP, such as IP transaction and licensing, technology transfer, technology import and export, FTO, and IP DD.Currently, I serve as an in-house IP counsel at an MNC, where I am responsible for cross-border IP litigation across multiple jurisdictions (including driving global patent litigation strategies, identifying IP risks globally, networking and coordinating global outside IP counsel, managing and handling dispute matters concerning both patents and soft IPs, etc.), cross-border IP transactions, IP advise on business development, IP litigation aspects of IPO, supporting global trademark prosecution, and drafting and negotiating IP aspects of commercial agreements.
