1.Facilitate the performance management process in central region and provides professional guidance and suggestions to leaders on performance review, salary proposal and promotion issues.2.Highly engaged with business leader to develop and implement HR plans and projects in order to achieve business results. Drive projects such as: * Annual HC plan and BU reorganization management based on deep understanding of business strategies* Talent management program for sustainable business development* Performance management program3..Participate in business meeting to enhance understanding of business and provide advice from HR side.4.Implement HR-related thing in APAC, including Vietnam5.Facilitate and assess the internal promotion and demotion, provide internal communication and consultation to team leaders.6.Conduct exit interview for trouble-shooting, improve the process in hiring and department management.7.Execute and implement HR policy, ensuring all the practice are in accordance with company value and culture.

•Performance Appraisal：1. Driving the whole performance management loop smoothly to improve the performance of executives and staffs.2. Assisting HRVP to redefine different levels in the organizational hierarchy.•Organization Structure：1.Re-clarifing reported line in 12 departments、about 260 staffs, according to each project and function.2. Making and updating organization chart. •Training：1. Building training knowledge center with departments of commerce and optimization；2. Leading and implementing training program of Facebook official examination for about 100 employees from three mainly departments.3. Building New Employee Orientation System, and scheming the reward program for internal trainers.4. Supplier management.•Employee Relationship：1. Conducting employee satisfaction survey, collecting and analyzing data from 136 staffs. Comparing to last year, the rate of recovery increased around 40%. 2. Creating, reviewing and operating all employee-related policies, operational procedures and systems. Updating and improving SOPs as per internal & external changes.3. Being in charge of HRIS.
