• Invoicing duties, liaising with clients on invoicing queries, updating project management system, running system reports, invoices, statements, statutory declarations for clients, weekly follow up on staff timesheets• Ongoing collection and maintenance of client contacts for the team by mail and phone and ensuring up to date contact information is held• Sending outstanding payment statement through Total Synergy• Data entry project status and monthly project work-in-process.• Allocating and organizing accounts’ emails• Credit card payment reconcile and filing• Collect overdue payment• Accounts receivables, applied different payments (EFT, cheque) into system based on daily bank statement, trace payment invoice number, reconcile revenue spreadsheet.• Make credit notes and cancel invoices• Process cheques• Monthly petty cash reconcile• Assist with accounts payables and assist the accountant with general reporting requirements• Assist accountant with Payroll• photocopying, scanning, data entry clients’ contact details• Data entry payroll information using ADP • Filing payroll and accounting related information
