i have more than a decade experience in nanomaterial/nanoelectronics research and semiconductor/data storage industry. During my PhD graduate studies, I had done extensive work on nanomaterial and device fabrication, material characterization and device testing. My contributions were published on top journals in related field, such as Advanced Materials and Applied Physics Letters. Upon graduation, I joined DSI to work on the Inter-RI ZnO project to help my supervisor to establish the ZnO growth and device process capabilities. After project finished, I joined the Materials Science Lab to perform material analysis for industry customers and research teams. I helped to set up the Electron Beam Lab (TEM/FIB/SEM) in 2011, and continued strengthen characterization capabilities of this new lab to serve research groups and industry customers from wide background.
