As a project manager, I report directly to partners in term of new project opportunities. My primary responsibilities include:+Managed over 10 enterprise and government accounts (B2B and B2G) and built trust through effective client relationship management and project delivery.+Provide software implementation guidance, user manual, and best practice by leading an internal R&D group of 10 people, improving workflows for projects and conducting training sessions for 50 colleagues+Led the successful acquisition of the company's first Chinese development project with a contract value of €1.3 million by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.+Developed smart urban/architecture products according to client requirements, demonstrating understanding of technical application in projects.

Suzhou Industry Park Design Research Institute locates in the China–Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park, which is main local planning and design institute in SIP. During my four-month intern in SIPDRI, I have been involved in three regulatory planning and design projects. My responsibilities are: +Prepare research and literature study for concept discussion+Work with Architects and Urban Planners as team for brainstorming +Precisely visualize and finalize technical drawings and reports+Deliver final reports to clients

Living Bank Community Residents’ Committee and Property Owners’ Association invited research team led by Dr. Chang Ying from XJTLU to provide support for their public discussion on the use of community club. The whole project is funded by Suzhou Industrial Park East Lakeside Community Management Committee. In this project, I acted as community planner and the job duties are: +Participate in the design and implementation of multi-phase public engagement processes for Living Bank community– including feedback gathering activities such as public meetings, surveys, advisory and working groups, focus groups+Work with assigned staff in such areas as community relations, media relations, graphics, and multimedia programming to carry out communications and community engagement plans+Involved in developing and implementing strategies for public engagement; establish procedures, methods, timelines and priorities for community outreach, reflecting broad equity and social justice principles+Organize and host public meeting with different stakeholders to collect and balance their opinions on future development of community.

It is a collaborative project between Suzhou Association of Social Sciences Studies and Urban Planning Department of XJTLU. My duties as research assistant are:+Involved in quality data collection including door-to-door questionnaire survey, interview, workshop and public meetings.+Apply analytic method to do data collection, analysis and report through ArcGIS and MS Office.
