•Responsible for the delivery of projects to OEMs including basic map navigation, ADAS, AR, EV, lane based navigation, V2X, VR, cloud services, etc., prepare feature requirements, evaluate time schedule of project delivery, identify and deal with project delivery risks, meet the requirement demands of OEMs, and achieve final delivering of map products.•Internally drive the agile software development process by strictly following Aspice standard process management, including establishment of feature requirements, review, creation of scrum requirement story, execution, product check and acceptance.•based on product function orientation, lead UX, RD, QA and other roles to review related requirements, product design as well as product development and implementation, and solve any block issues during development.•Represent Baidu-one-voice in terms of development to discuss and confirm the requirements of specific map modules from OEMs, identify and confirm the feasibility of feature achievement and provide solutions. Internal as interface to support UX, QA, RD, pre-sales, post-sales and other roles for any map/project related issues.•Responsible for iteration of product requirements, regular update of development changes for product acceptance optimization, new function introduction or adjustment of SOP release.•Collaborate with SR and BD for RFQ ordering, provide identification of feature feasibilities and professional technical consultation, to ensure accomplishment of RFQ and kick off of project.•Responsible for the innovation and implementation of next generation of lane based navigation, responsible for the definition of lane based navigation products and the implementation of requirements iteration plan.•Responsible for definition of ADAS message transmission, and evaluate EHP signal customization request from OEMs regarding signals like position, segment, meta-data, stub, profile short, profile long and create corresponding ADAS requirement.

As Asia (China, India, SEA) Market responsible person to assume full product responsibility for navigation maps in NTG6 project and higher onward, collaborate with procurement team & S&M(sales & Marketing) to design product sales modules.

Responsible to independently manage projects of infotainment system of BMW, Mini and Rolls Royce for CN/HK/TW market, ensure the achievement of Software development according to roadmap.
