Iplus tech is a new start-up company focusing on building autonomous robots in both indoor and outdoor environment. We just finished our pre A fund raising. I am responsible for making decisions on product and development road map, setting up dev op and test team (who are awesome, i love our people, they are brilliant), and meeting clients to hear from their requirements on our products.We build AGVs(autonomous guided vehicles), especially slam-based robots with laser range-finders. Tmall.com is one of largest B2C service in China, we have tons of commodities and millions of records of user behavior data. With this extraordinarily rich data, we are tryng to make e-commerce more convenient and pleasant for all users.

Human-Robot interface design and implementation for a service-oriented wheeled robot Cobot.Interruptable autonomy - A framework that robot can be interrupted by human users around and resume its execution if available.Motion planning and task execution for a dual-arm manipulator robot - Baxter from Rethink Robotics.I worked at CMU under Professor Manuela Veloso as a visiting student. My year here mainly focuses on improving the human-robot interaction of the service oriented wheeled robot: Cobot. Manuela's team is great and it's much fun to work here. We also get the chance to be one of the first users of the unbelievable-cheap dual arm manipulator - Baxter, so I also did some manipulation motion design and planning stuff here.
