I am a member of Professor Anjali Goswami's group at the Life Sciences Department of the Natural History Museum (NHM) and collaborated closely with Dr Enrico Grisan's group at London South Bank University.My works focus on:- Working on extracting mammalian cranial sutures from Micro-CT scans via computer vision and deep learning methods using PyTorch, OpenCV and HPC- Curating and processing 3D scans of specimens archived in the museum. Working on applying self-supervised learning or semi-supervised learning them on AWS.- Working with the Museum AI labs to assist biologists in applying AI methods.- Led the writing of a review paper on the application of AI in evolutionary research.

I was part of Professor Wen Tang's group at the Faculty of Science & Technology, where I made contributions to several projects.- Led a project on studying users' avatar customization and users' behaviours in virtual reality environments using Oculus Quest 2. And using AI (e.g. semantic segmentation and image summarise) to extract behaviour and customization information from the VR recordings (Publication in preparation).- Worked on predicting users' viewports in virtual reality environments using Deep Learning methods (Publication in preparation).- Participated in the development of a website for pregnant women’s mental health, which is part of PATH (PerinAtal menTal Health) an Interreg VA 2Seas programme funded by European Regional Development.
