My passion resides in helping communities and organizations for achieving a more sustainable outcome in a "glocal" context. During my undergraduate program of forest economics and management in Beijing, I found my interests in social entrepreneurship to achieve an outcome for economic, social and environmental benefits. I believe entrepreneurial innovation and individual contribution can resolve public problems. As a result, I seized every opportunity to explore innovative solutions for sustainability in the environment, education, and society. I have fruitful working and volunteer experiences, with people from Asia (Vietnam, South Korea, Japan), Europe (German, Span, LTU) and North America and love to challenge myself and explore my full potential!I went to the School for Environmental Studies and Resources, Dalhousie University at Halifax, Canada to pursue my research interests in organizational sustainability. My master's thesis focuses on exploring the role of co-operatives in facilitating the Sustainable Development Goals, which has been presented both at the 2017 ICA CCR Global Conference (Stirling, UK) and also the 2019 UN TFSSE Conference (Geneva, Switzerland).
