The EA daily work as below:1.Manage and maintain Director’s calendars and schedules. Coordinate the time for temporary urgent issue.2. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. Proceed meeting appointment, meeting agenda, meeting record for Director and whole reporting line.3. Handle domestic & international in both business trip and personal trip for VP and Global leadership team,including but no-limit:Flight booking,hotel reservations,logistics,meals, meeting agenda etc.4.Participate in global EA workshop. collaborate in global visit, dedicate input and bring output during the meeting.5.Own CN leadership team Summit6.Work with global EA team to achieve Global OPS Summit.The administrative affairs are as follows:1.Responsible for the daily administrative operation of Amazon office buildings. 2. Management in office supplies, work environment. Re-design of office cubicle in hiringpeak season, Coordinate of meeting room, assign new hire training session.3.Design & proceed brand strategy and cultural of enterprise via cooperate with global Branding team. 4.Establish cost plan of business travel, operation spend. Track & audit of cost and reimbursement by report analysis.5.Role as communication transfer station between internal & outsource such as IT, Facility,Legal, security, MTK, etc. to fulfill business operation requirement. Such as event live stream,compliance training, office decoration, fire drills, etc.6. Participate in people engagement, set cost plan of the whole program. Management in purchase gift of each traditional festival. Enhancement people care and ownership.
