As an intern in Human Capital Management, I was exposed to the operations of talent acquisition, performance management, system engagement and industrial relation. With excellent guidance from my superiors, I have acquired valuable hands-on experience in managing candidates, scheduling interviews, updating employees' details on the system, amending performance appraisal forms and contacting branch managers regarding outstanding reports. My internship has been undoubtedly fulfilling as I have gained informative insights into the management of human resource in one of Malaysia's most reputable banks.

AIESEC is an international student organization for young people to discover and develop their leadership potentials. As an Out-going Exchange (OGX) Marketing Team Leader, I have worked with a great team. Together we generated innovative ideas to promote AIESEC's volunteering programme and Global Village event, including multiple info sessions, lecture shouts and flash mob. My role as a committee member of the Global Village event has given me the opportunity to meet up with potential sponsors to discuss about AIESEC and our proposal for the event. I managed to secure £250 individually and was awarded the Best OGX member of the year.
