▪ Established mathematical restraints by translating all types of TFIIH structural data (NMR/X-ray, cross-linking, cryo-EM, etc.) and achieved multiscale modeling with 95% accuracy using IMP/PMI platform.▪ Sampled TFIIH with Metropolis Replica Exchange Gibbs Sampler guided by restraint-based scoring functions, and validated simulation improvements in terms of score, RMSD, homogeneity, etc.▪ Analyzed and assessed serial simulations with varying Occam Spring restraints to optimize setting parameters, and improved simulated model accuracy from 95% to 97% compared to the benchmark experiment.
