• Set a Global HR strategy that drive Company goals and values and empowered its talent. • Advise on building the Company vision, strategy and roadmap as part of senior leadership and management. • Recruit, manage and develop the People department: HR Director, 2 HRBPs, Recruitment Manager and Employee Experience & CSR Specialist.• Build a solid People team and infrastructure to support the Company’s hyper growth and business needs, by defining, executing and managing five focus pillars: Process & Policies, Learning & Development, Data & Information (implemented 2 new systems – Comeet and Hibob), Recruitment, and Employee Experience/CSR.• Create and lead the implementation of an Employer Branding plan, to achieve and sustain a competitive employment brand attracting and retaining the best talent in a challenging employer market.• Continually mentor and coach the Senior Leadership team in working together to execute critical business goals and needs in accordance with HR focuses and employment laws.• Drive the global standardization of key methods, policies, and procedures for talent management throughout the organization including the introduction of performance review process and salary benchmarking.• Orchestrate the hiring, developing, and retaining of the right high-quality talent at every level in the organization.• Responsible for investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee interactions from origin to conclusion, while minimizing organizational risk and any negative spillover – focused on removing people-based silos.• Work with management to prepare Board reporting concerning talent and to prepare the Company for restructuring and departmental changes. • Manage Company’s Townhalls and employees’ internal communications.• Drive Management Offsites preparation and guidance. • Create and lead the implementation of a Diversity & Inclusion plan.

● Manage E2E global HR process implementation and communication with main stakeholders (in Israel, USA, Germany and Luxemburg) - Full employee lifecycle – “hire to retire”: Talent Acquisition, C&B, OD and training, talent management, labor law advice, annual performance review, terminations etc.● Consult, coach & mentor global VPs and managers, concerning all human resources aspects, while leading and implementing organizational processes, reflecting business needs and accordingly driving added value.● Harmonization of key global HR processes during the assimilation of the organization within the post-acquisition process: ▪ Create a new HR infrastructure while aligning it to the existing Corporate HR ▪ Implement a global grading process, talent management and acquisition, OD and training, C&B.▪ Manage carefully organizational changes resultant from the M&A to minimize business impact.▪ Oversee the implementation of SAP and Success Factors systems.● Work alongside the Union (“Vaad Ovdim”) in recognition of and with sensitivity to collective agreements.

● Partner, lead and drive key HR strategies, initiatives, programs & solutions to support and empower key business units (including hiring, performance evaluation, team building, C&B). ● Consult, coach & mentor all business unit leaders and management team members, providing advice and consultation, supporting and leading senior management strategic decisions while focusing on the retention of key talent.● Succession plans for exemplary talents and key positions in the organization. ● Closely and fully support employees through their respective life cycles: – New hire integration, performance reviews, compensation adjustments, labor law application, terminations and resignations (including legal hearings).

● Accompany and support the global HR team in cross organizational processes (Performance reviews, Terminations, Salary adjustments and Bonus attribution).● Bonuses budget management and responsibility.● Organize and manage Company welfare activities and associated budget.● Attrition analysis – Undertaking and reflecting check out interviews, analyzed trends and summary creation.● Divisional HR data analysis and presentations.

Starting as Passenger security screener and in 2002 -2003 worked in the Human Resources Department as a Recruitment Specialist:● Manage the recruitment process of passenger security screeners and external employees.● Producing admissions committees, administrative and operational responsibilities of the staff committee.● Manage the assessment centers process and results.
